Dr. Uma Saankar Mishra has more than 19 years of rich experiences in  teaching, research and administration, he has sussesefully guided six numbers of PhD research Scholars, he has published 65 research papers out of which 45 were published in Scopus Indexed Journal, 5 research papers published in Book Chapters, presented 20 papers  in conferences and has delivered 19 sessions as a Resource person  which includes NIT- Meghalaya, Central University of Punjab, Utkal University, etc.

Dr .Mishra is currently posted as a Professor Cum HOD, MBA Dept of SOA University. His  qualification includes a bag of degrees and certifications .He has done M. Sc., MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D, DCO, FDPM (IIMA) .He was the vibrant topper of his batch in M.Sc. His contribution to Odisha Education Industry is incredible.

He has attended  FDPS in IIM Ahmadabad, IIM Indore and 2 nos. Refresher courses  in Utkal University. Has handled a Sponsored Research project as sole investigator.
