2.5 International Diversity and Outreach: Our journal is committed to expanding its global influence by enhancing international diversity and outreach. Presently, the journal boasts contributions from various continents, notably including India, Africa, and Nigeria, reflecting its international scope. To further extend our global reach, the journal will focus on:
Engaging with International Scholars: Continuing to collaborate with scholars and practitioners globally.
Participation in Global Conferences: Actively attending and presenting at international academic conferences. We also aim at inviting Special issue edition from conferences.
Fostering International Academic Partnerships: Building relationships with academic institutions worldwide including collaborations through offering guest editorship for special edited volumes on emerging management themes.
Utilizing Digital Marketing and Social-Media: Expanding our audience through strategic digital channels including dedicated Linked ln page and Face book page.
